Service engagements

Any web development, app development, digital marketing, SEO, design or e-commerce project is governed by a separate signed agreement or proposal between iGen Solutions and the client, which takes precedence over this page.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Site design and underlying code frameworks not unique to the client engagement remain the property of iGen Solutions.
